This is me trying to be more regular with dumping some life in photos on this platform that I have a hate-love relationship with. Here’s week 6.

Anemone season is starting. Lights in the gh. Planting scuttle bugs. Snow that I wish was my blanket. Dogs and snow. Sled transport (how everything moves on the farm these days- humans and tulips and empty crates for more tulips)
First Spring in full swing. I love when it’s hard to tell both in photos and in my heart if it’s November or March. There’s 1,782 reasons why we grow through the Winter, and living in perpetual Spring from October onward is certainly one.
Absolutely in love. Merry Samhain. #chysanthemum
So in between projects for other farmers we have some pretty big projects ourselves this season too. This is a drainage project to complement our two new tunnels. Something about trenches that just makes me happy (I live for hard physical labor). The selfie is to show how effin deep these middle trenches are- I’m 5’9” and behind my head is the baseboard for a tunnel. Also- feeling like a total #powercouple with @laserrebuilders when I’m on the track loader and he’s on the mini 😘 #drainage #planfortheworst #becauseitscoming
